If you have any questions about the treatments that you cannot find answered here, please feel free to get in touch with me.
How should I prepare for the sessions?
The time shown at booking refers to the net duration of the treatment itself.
Your full stay will usually be about 20–30 minutes longer, as arrival, changing clothes, a short attunement conversation, and some time after the treatment for landing and getting ready are also part of the appointment. For example: a 2-hour treatment booked for 2:00 PM will usually finish around 4:20–4:30 PM. Please keep this in mind when planning your schedule afterwards. There is no need to arrive earlier than your booked time.
In general, for all sessions:
- avoid arriving with a full stomach, but don’t come hungry either,
- if possible, avoid caffeine and smoking on the day of the session,
- please avoid strong perfumes,
- remove as much jewelry as possible before the session.
I use refined coconut oil for the treatments, which absorbs easily and nourishes the skin. Your hair around the neck area may become slightly oily, and makeup can smudge a little. If needed, there is of course the possibility to freshen up before or after the session.
Lomi Lomi and Prana sessions
These sessions are generally received nude, however intimate areas remain covered throughout the treatment. The exception is the closing phase of Prana sessions involving yoni or lingam massage, where the covering is removed.
If you are not comfortable being fully nude, you are welcome to bring underwear or a bikini that does not cover too much skin surface and may become oily.
For female guests, the areas around the breasts are included in the massage during all sessions, and in certain parts of Prana treatments the breasts themselves may also be touched – excluding the nipples. If you prefer not to include this, please let me know in advance. The same applies to inner thigh contact.
For yoni or lingam treatments, please trim intimate hair beforehand. If you have a wart on the sole of your foot, please cover it with a bandage.
Somatic sessions
Somatic sessions take place in comfortable clothing, and your trousers remain on throughout the process. The session may be fully clothed, or in some cases may include oil-based touch with the upper body uncovered – this is always discussed beforehand according to the process and your comfort level.
If you have any questions, requests, or boundaries, feel free to communicate them before or during the session. Creating a safe and calm space is essential for me.
Can the pranic lingam (or yoni) massage be added to a Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage?
No. Pranic lingam and yoni massages are available exclusively as optional add-ons to the Prana massage session.
They are not offered as standalone treatments and cannot be combined with other types of massage, including Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage. Lomi Lomi and Pranic treatments take place in completely different settings, with different preparation, focus, and energetic approach, and therefore cannot be integrated within a single session from a professional or energetic standpoint.
The lingam/yoni treatment is available only as a +30-minute optional extension at the end of the 2-hour Prana massage session.
Is massage recommended during menstruation?
In most cases, yes – as long as you are not experiencing strong abdominal cramps, migraines, nausea, or pain that would make the session feel overwhelming for your body. Many guests actually find that massage helps ease abdominal tension, lower back discomfort, and the emotional or nervous system sensitivity that can often arise during menstruation.
If you use period underwear or sanitary pads, the session can absolutely be received while wearing underwear – just keep in mind that it may become oily during the treatment.
During Prana sessions, yoni massage may also be possible while menstruating, provided that the bleeding is not heavy and you are not experiencing significant discomfort or pain. In every case, the session is adapted to your current physical state and comfort level.
