Frequently asked questions

How to prepare for the massage sessions?

Give yourself time, plan for an extra 15 minutes before and after the treatment: beforehand for arrival and a short conversation with me, and afterward for integration and landing.

Massages are received nude, but your intimate parts are covered by a cloth throughout, except during the optional yoni/lingam massage within the prana treatment, when the cloth is removed. I always massage the muscles around the breasts (excluding the nipples) in every session. Additionally, I may gently work inside the ears, and upon request – such as when working on dental or oral trauma – also inside the mouth.

Please arrive well-groomed. If you’re receiving yoni or lingam massage, kindly reduce your natural pubic hair. If you have a wart on your foot, please cover it with a plaster. Avoid strong perfumes and remove all jewellery if possible. You’ll have the opportunity to shower before and after the treatment, although I use refined coconut oil which absorbs easily into the skin. After a good towel rubdown, you can simply get dressed. Your hair may become slightly oily above the neck, and your makeup may smudge. If you have plans after the session, let me know, and I’ll do my best to preserve your appearance.

Avoid arriving on a full stomach, but don’t come hungry either. Try to avoid caffeine and smoking on the day of the session.

If you have any further questions or requests, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Is massage recommended during menstruation?

Yes, unless you have strong abdominal cramps, migraines, or nausea. Mild pain and mood swings (which are common during this time) can actually be eased by massage. If you use period panties or pads, the massage can be done with underwear on, though it may gets oily. Yoni massage is also possible during menstruation if your bleeding is light and you don’t experience discomfort.

Is massage recommended after a traumatic event, or for trauma healing?

Yes, but I recommend discussing it with me beforehand.

If it’s a physical trauma (e.g., surgery or injury), I can focus on or avoid the affected area as needed. For emotional trauma, lomilomi can offer gentle comfort, while prana massage is a deeper therapy that helps release blocks and bring suppressed emotions to the surface.

What is a yoni massage and what is it good for?

“Yoni” is a Sanskrit word meaning “source.” In Tantra, it refers to both the vulva and the vagina.

Yoni massage is an important part of the therapy because it addresses a vital part of our body. As women, we store so much in this area, so we must give it the care it deserves.

The yoni is a powerhouse of energy. By freeing that energy, we can heal, experience pleasure, recharge, and even feel reborn.

But the yoni is also a container, where imprints of uncomfortable experiences can accumulate throughout our lives, such as unpleasant medical exams, painful surgeries, difficult pregnancies or births, toxic relationships, sexual trauma, or even the discomforts of menstruation or menopause. Ignoring these imprints can lead to energy blockages, dysfunctions, or a reduced capacity for pleasure.

It is essential to release these blockages gently and carefully. A skilled therapist helps make this a joyful and liberating experience.

Tantric yoni massage is one of the final phases of a full-body prana session. It is only included when the client is deeply relaxed, mentally and physically prepared, feels completely safe, and confidently communicates this to the therapist.

Benefits of yoni massage:

  • Frees sexual energy stored in the yoni
  • Refreshes and rejuvenates the whole body
  • Enhances orgasmic potential
  • Helps heal numbness or hypersensitivity caused by chronic fatigue, trauma, or illness
  • Relieves dryness and other symptoms of menopause
  • Increases low libido and balances excessive libido
  • Inspires self-love, confidence, and inner satisfaction

What is a lingam massage and what is it good for?

“Lingam” comes from the Sanskrit word “linga,” meaning “mark” or “sign,” and often refers to the penis as the distinguishing sign of the male child.

Tantric lingam massage includes massage of the penis and testicles, and is also one of the final stages of the full-body prana treatment. At this point, the client is in a more harmonious and relaxed state, and both client and therapist have mutually agreed to include it.

Lingam massage is done with the therapist sitting between the client’s legs. During the session, the client may gently hold the therapist’s ankles and indicate any discomfort through subtle pressure. This is especially helpful during the sensitive testicle massage and provides a sense of safety.

Lingam massage should never be painful, it should always feel pleasant and joyful.

The purpose of a therapeutic lingam massage is not erotic. Erections may occur, but the goal is not ejaculation, and the therapist is never an object of sexual desire. Just like the rest of the prana massage, this phase is meant to energize, release physical and emotional blocks, and support healing. The pleasurable sensations it generates are not sexual in nature but rather a deeply spiritual experience, one in which the man reconnects with his own essence. This state is calm, grounded, and free from expectations.

Benefits of lingam massage:

  • Releases sexual energy stored in the lingam and spreads it throughout the body
  • Stimulates and refreshes the pelvic muscles and nerve endings
  • Increases sensitivity to gentle touch and awakens pleasure in less erogenous zones
  • Addresses symptoms of sexual dysfunction, such as premature ejaculation or impotence
  • Increases low libido and balances excessive libido
  • Helps overcome pornography and masturbation addiction
  • Dissolves fear of intimacy
  • Inspires self-love, confidence, and inner satisfaction
